Raggedy Ann Stamp
The United States Post Office issued a Raggedy Ann stamp on July 28, 1997 as one of the 15 Classic American Doll stamps in Anaheim, California. Postal Service Governor LeGree Daniels and the president of the United Federation of Doll Clubs (UFDC), Patricia Gosh, officially dedicated the stamps on Monday, July 28, at a 7 p.m. ceremony held at the Anaheim Hilton and Towers Hotel. This ceremony was held in conjunction with the annual UFDC convention. The stamps went on sale at post offices on Tuesday, July 29, 1997.
