The festival honors Cynthiana, Kentucky native R.B. Gruelle, father of Raggedy Ann's creator Johnny Gruelle.

Events include:
- Entertainment throughout the day
- Magic Shows
- Games, food, music, rides, entertainment, cup cake walk, artwork, crafts and much more throughout the day.

Cynthiana is located approximately 30 miles north of Lexington, KY.
