United Media displayed prototypes of the new Raggedy Ann and Me! dolls and books at the Johnny Gruelle Raggedy Ann & Andy Museum during the 18th Annual Raggedy Ann & Andy Festival in Arcola, IL.

Raggedy Ann and Me! is an updated version of Raggedy Ann, exposing a new generation of little girls to the red-headed rag doll and what she’s come to represent: imagination, friendship and love.

The target audience for Raggedy Ann and Me! is girls 4-7 years old, their mothers and grandmothers.

Raggedy Ann and Me! is set to launch fall 2008/spring 2009.

Russ Berrie is creating new Raggedy Ann and Me! dolls

Simon and Schuster is developing new titles based on Raggedy Ann and Me!
